Richard Clark
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
As a former military officer & fighter pilot and currently an International Airline Captain, Richard has extensive experience managing people, budgets, and assets.
Although his position as an airline Captain is fulfilling, Richard decided many years ago to begin investing in real estate. He is driven by a passion for providing the best investment opportunities in multifamily real estate to his network of investors.
Richard founded Skybound Equity Partners with his beautiful wife, Brandin. Together, they share a passion for exceeding client expectations. When he’s not finding new opportunities for his clients, you’ll likely find him in a studio, on stage behind his drums, or training or competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

With many years working in state government oversight positions, Brandin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. She has a knack for focusing on the finer details of project management, making her an asset to her clients.
While she has received many awards and recognitions throughout her career, she is most proud of raising three wonderful children, all of whom have successful careers of their own.
